Ceres JSC, a company founded and managed by Rosslyn Capital Partners was sold to Rompharm. The transaction is one of the largest for Bulgaria in 2013. Rompharm is a large pharmaceutical manufacturer with production facilities in Russia and the Balkans and markets in Europe and Asia.
